Crystal Brothers Plumbing provides a range of professional plumbing services, including but not limited to drain cleaning, water heater repair and installation, leak detection and repair, sewer line services, fixture installation and repair, and emergency plumbing assistance. All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals. We strive to provide accurate diagnoses and effective solutions, but plumbing systems can be complex, and unforeseen issues may arise during service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
All pricing for services will be provided as an estimate before work commences, based on our assessment of the job. Estimates are valid for thirty (30) days. Prices may be adjusted if unforeseen complications or additional work are required, subject to your prior approval. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less. You are responsible for all costs associated with collecting overdue payments, including reasonable attorney’s fees.
Crystal Brothers Plumbing warrants its workmanship to be free from defects for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of service completion. This warranty applies only to the labor performed and does not cover materials, parts, or pre-existing conditions. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to water damage, property damage, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
All content on the Crystal Brothers Plumbing website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our website or service materials without our express written consent.
You may terminate your service agreement at any time by providing written notice. If you terminate services after work has commenced, you will be responsible for the cost of all labor performed and materials used up to the point of termination. We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time, for any reason, including non-payment or violation of these Terms, with reasonable notice where applicable.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Citrus County, Florida.
